When you first purchased your unit, you were not made aware that every holiday you went on going forward, you would be subject to a pressurised sales meeting, or a sales pitch in the welcome meeting as you arrive at the resort. If you do not purchase another of the products, you may well find sales people start to knock on your door during your stay. Unfortunately, legally, there is nothing we can do to stop the sales representatives. In very rare cases where the pitching resulted in a sale we gained clients compensation but this is a lengthly process. Terminating your contract so that your family can enjoy package holidays may be the only way.
Everytime I holiday I am pestered with high pressured sales representatives, what shall I do?
